7.6 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2018-08, PHASE 6B RESIDENTIAL STREET\nREHABILITATION - ACCEPTANCE OF WORK AND APPROVAL OF BALANCING\nCONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - It is recommended the City Council accept the\nimprovements constructed by R.J. Noble Company; authorize the City Manager to execute\nBalancing Contract Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $112,387.63; authorize the City\nClerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder; and authorize the payment of\nretention monies pursuant to the agreement.\n7.6 CIP No. 2018-08
