9. TAX-SHARING RESOLUTIONS FOR SANITATION DISTRICT, ANNEXATION\nNOS. 1121, 1123, 1124, 1125, 1126, 1127, AND 1128 - The Santa Clarita Valley\nSanitation District provides wastewater treatment services within the District's service\narea. To provide wastewater treatment service to properties located outside the District's\nservice area, the boundary must be expanded through the annexation process.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Adopt the Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District's resolutions approving and\naccepting the negotiated exchange of property tax revenues resulting from Santa\nClarita Valley Sanitation District Annexation Nos. 1121, 1123, 1124, 1125, 1126,\n1127, and 1128.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents, subject to City\nAttorney approval.\nThis time has been set aside for any speakers that have turned in speaker cards and were not\nheard in the first thirty minutes allotted to address the City Council on items that are NOT on the\nagenda. Speaker cards may not be submitted relating to any items listed on the agenda.\nSTAFF COMMENTS
