7.5 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2018-07, SANTA GERTRUDES AVENUE\nCORRIDOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADES – REVIEW OF BIDS AND AWARD OF\nCONTRACT - It is recommended the City Council award the contract for Capital\nImprovement Project No. 2018-07, Santa Gertrudes Avenue Corridor Traffic Signal\nUpgrades, to Select Electric, Inc., in the amount of $565,465.00; authorize the City\nManager to execute the contract on behalf of the City; authorize the City Manager to\napprove addendums to the on-call engineering contracts for construction survey, inspection\nand testing services in an amount not to exceed 20 percent of the construction cost; and\nauthorize the City Manager to approve additional work up to 20 percent of the total\nconstruction cost.\n7.5 CIP No. 2018-07
