8.3 ORDINANCE NO. 728 ADOPTING ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 55, ADDING\nLAND USE REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO MICRO-BREWERY FACILITIES, TO TITLE\n21 OF THE LA MIRADA MUNICIPAL CODE (ZONING ORDINANCE), AND TO TABLE 6.1\nOF THE IMPERIAL HIGHWAY SPECIFIC PLAN; AND APPROVING AN EXEMPTION\nFROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) PURSUANT TO\nSECTION 15061(b)(3) OF THE CEQA GUIDELINES - It is recommended the City Council\nconduct a public hearing as required by law and consider all public testimony regarding the\nproposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 55; affirm the CEQA Exemption; and\nintroduce for first reading Ordinance No. 728 adopting Zoning Ordinance Amendment No.\n55, adding land use regulations applicable to micro-brewery facilities, to Title 21 of the La\nMirada Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance), and to Table 6.1 of the Imperial Highway\nSpecific Plan; and approving an exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA guidelines, by title only, and waive\nfurther reading.\n8.3 PH: Ord.
