Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement between Willdan Engineering\nand the City of Glendora dated December 8, 2022, for Temporary Building and Safety Services\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement\nwith Willdan Engineering, extending the contract term for 2 years and increasing the contract\namount by $100,000; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment\nNo. 2 including minimal and/or non-substantive changes; and 3. Authorize the Administrative\nServices Finance Division to make the necessary budget adjustments.
