13. Award the Contract for Finkbiner Park Phase II, Plan No. 1365-2, to DD Systems, Inc. in the\namount of $1,044,717.96 (Strategic Goal 5)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve the Plans and Specifications for Finkbiner Park\nImprovements – Phase 2, Plan No. 1365-2; 2. Award the contract for Finkbiner Park\nImprovements – Phase 2, Plan No. 1365-2, to DD Systems, Inc. in the amount of $1,044,717.96;\n3. Authorize the Public Works Director to execute any necessary change orders in an amount not\nto exceed 10% of the original contract amount; and 4. Authorize the City Manager or his\ndesignee to execute the agreement with DD Systems, Inc., including minimal and/or non-\nsubstantive changes.
