10. Approve Agreement with Grigolla & Sons Construction Co., Inc. for Concrete Maintenance in\nan Amount Not-To-Exceed $118,123 (Strategic Plan Goal 5)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Adopt a Categorical Exemption from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15301(c) of the California Code of Regulations;\n2. Approve an agreement to Grigolla & Sons Construction Company Inc. for City Hall concrete\nmaintenance and repair services in the amount of $118,123; 3. Authorize the City Manager or\nhis designee to execute the agreement including minimal and/or non-substantive changes; and 4.\nAuthorize the Public Works Director to execute any necessary change orders in an amount not to\nexceed 10% of the original contract amount.\nMEMBER AGENDA ITEMS
