TAB2 23-766 Request City Council to Continue a Public Hearing regarding Adoption of\n(1) a Resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map No. 2020-0001 (TPM\n20195), a request to subdivide a 31.61 gross acre parcel of land into two\n(2) new parcels of land, (2) a Resolution approving Conditional\nDevelopment Permit No. 2020-0002, a request to allow the development\nand use of two (2) new industrial warehouse buildings, (3) a Resolution\napproving Precise Plan of Design No. 2020-0012, a request for site and\narchitectural review of a proposal consisting of one (1) 430,581 square\nfoot industrial warehouse building and one (1) 249,026 square foot\nindustrial warehouse building on 31.61 gross acres of land, and (4) a\nResolution approving an Environmental Impact Report (Environmental\nAssessment Review No. 2020-0003) prepared for the project, in\naccordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The\nproject site is located on the north side of Baseline Road approximately\n350 feet east of Fitzgerald Avenue.\n(ACTION)\nTAB NEW BUSINESS
