HOUSING ELEMENT PROGRAM: OPTIONS TO DEVELOP A SMOKE-FREE MULTIFAMILY HOUSING\nORDINANCE – That the City Council take one of the following actions: 1) Take no action, thereby\nmaintaining the city’s current smoking regulations; or\n2) Direct staff to develop a complete smoking prohibition in multifamily housing units and outdoor\ncommon areas and return to City Council for consideration; or\n3) Direct staff to develop customized smoking prohibitions based on City Council discussion and\ndirection and return to City Council for consideration.
