6.1 DESIGN REVIEW FOR THE ANTONIO PARKWAY GATEWAY IMPROVEMENTS\nPROJECT (Dugan)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Provide input and policy direction regarding final median design and\nmonument design and cost estimates, as appropriate; and\n2) Provide authorization to proceed with final median design and\npreparation of plans and specifications; and\n3) Authorize staff to prepare a Resolution for City Council consideration\nto amend the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Capital Improvement Program\n(CIP) and CIP budget to include the gateway monument.\nItem No. 6.1
