Sheriff’s Department Schedule A Amendment\nRecommendation:\nThat Your Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve the Fifty-Second Amendment to Law Enforcement Contract #94-909-A-\n52 for the period of September 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, and authorize the\nMayor or her designee to process all documents required for this agreement; and\n(2) Adopt Resolution 23-066 approving a reduction in revenue in the amount of\n$308,205.70 and $238,538 in expenditures related to the said contract.
