22. Purchase of Fleet Vehicles and Equipment for Fiscal Year 2023 and Fiscal Year\n2024\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council, SCLAA, and Victorville Water District Board of\nDirectors:\n(1) Reject the bid, CC23-096 Purchase of New Vehicles;\n(2) Approve the purchase of fleet vehicles, specialty vehicles, and equipment from\nthe vehicle/equipment list for Fiscal Year 2022/2023 and Fiscal Year 2023/2024\nthrough several procurement methods such as cooperative purchasing programs,\nlead agency piggyback programs, and availability of suitable dealer lot inventory;\nand\n(3) Authorize the City Manager/Executive Director/General Manager to execute any\nand all documents necessary for such purchases.
