1. An Amendment to a Development Agreement Between the City of Victorville and\nSLPR, LLC to Update the Term of the Existing Agreement and Allow for an\nAdditional One-year Extension of Time for Tentative Tract Map 14525, as well as\nAdd a Community Facilities District Obligation and Update Noticing Addresses on\nProperty Located West of and Abutting Stoddard Wells Road, South of Interstate\n15, and Approximately 2,000 Feet North of D Street\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Open and conduct a Public Hearing;\n(2) Close the Public Hearing;\n(3) Introduce Ordinance No. 2442 for adoption and first reading by title only for the\nDevelopment Agreement Amendment between the City of Victorville and SLPR,\nLLC; and\n(4) Waive further reading in full of proposed Development Agreement Ordinance\nNo. 2442.
