2. An Amendment to the Victorville Municipal Code with an Environmental Exemption\nIntroducing Various Updates to Title 16 Including, but not Limited to, Standards for\nOff-street Parking Facilities for Recreational Vehicle Parking and Parking Stalls\nAbutting Obstructions, and Updates to Accessory Dwelling Unit Standards and the\nAddition of Junior Accessory Dwelling Allowances in Accordance with State Law\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council conduct a public hearing, receive public testimony,\nand take the following actions:\n(1) Find the Victorville Municipal Code Amendment categorically exempt per CEQA\nGuidelines Section 15061(b)(3); and\n(2) Introduce Ordinance No. 2443 for adoption and first reading by title only to\namend the Victorville Municipal Code; and\n(3) Waive a further reading in full of proposed Ordinance No. 2443.\nCONSENT CALENDAR
