AWARD CONTRACT: POLICE DEPARTMENT SERVER ROOM HVAC UPGRADE –\nF2M23-51, N2M23-60, C2M23-67, M2M23-142\nOn May 22, 2023, the City Council approved the distribution of a Notice Inviting Bids to\nqualified contractors for the Police Department Server Room HVAC Upgrade. Following\nCity Council approval, a Notice Inviting Bids was advertised on the City website and\nrecommended bid boards. Bids were opened by the City Clerk on July 13, 2023. A total of\nthree bids were submitted ranging from $118,000.00 to $130,047.00. The lowest qualified\nbid was submitted by Pardess Air Inc. in the amount of $118,000.00. Staff has reviewed\nthe bid submitted by Pardess Air Inc., and found it to be in full compliance and\nconformance with the project specifications.\nRecommended Action: City Council award a contract, subject to final language\napproval by the City Manager and City Attorney, to Pardess Air Inc. in the amount of\n$118,000 for the Police Department Server Room HVAC Upgrade Project; and, direct staff\nto undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
