11. AWARD CONTRACT: PROFESSIONAL SYSTEM CONTROL AND DATA\nACQUISITION (SCADA) MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR WATER AND SEWER\nDIVISIONS – F2M20-54, RFP2M23-15, C2M23-68, M2M23-141\nOn May 8, 2023 the City Council approved the distribution of a Request for Proposals for\nProfessional SCADA Maintenance Services for the Water and Sewer Divisions. There\nwere two proposals received for the project. Staff conducted a review and evaluation of\nthe responding proposals and found the proposal from SCADA Integration Inc. was the\nbest suited for the City’s SCADA needs.\nRecommended Action: City Council approve a contract, subject to final language\napproval by the City Manager and City Attorney, by and between the City of Alhambra and\nSCADA Integration Inc. for the Professional Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition\nIntegration (SCADA) maintenance for the Water and Sewer Divisions, in an amount not to\nexceed $92,000; for the fiscal year 2023-2024 with an option for two one-year periods,\nand authorize the City Manager to execute the extensions if the services are satisfactory;\nand, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
