Award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, G2 Construction, Inc., in the amount of\n$509,895, for the Catch Basin Screen Installation Project; authorize the Director of Public\nWorks to execute the contract and related documents and to take the necessary actions to\nimplement and administer the contract; determine that the project is categorically exempt from\nthe California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15301(b) of Title 14 of the\nCalifornia Code of Regulations; and direct the Director of Finance to execute the Escrow\nAgreement pertaining to contract retentions.
