Approve an agreement with the Hyas Group, in a total amount not to exceed $198,776, to\nprovide professional services and act as co-fiduciary regarding Anaheim’s Defined Contribution\nPrograms for a three year period with two one-year optional renewals; and authorize the City\nManager to execute the agreement, and the Human Resources Director, or designee, to\nimplement and administer the agreement.
