14. ALLEY DEDICATION: 1712 S. OLIVE AVENUE – F2M23-8, M2M23-144, D2M23-2030\nStaff requests that the City Council accept an alley dedication for the project located at\n1712 S. Olive Avenue. As part of the approval for the project located at the aforementioned\naddress, a 2.5-foot dedication of property adjacent to the existing alley was required. The\nsketch and legal description have been completed and been reviewed and approved by\nthe City Engineer.\nRecommended Action: City Council adopt Minute Order No. M2M23-144 as follows:\nRESOLVED by the Alhambra City Council as follows: This Council hereby\naccepts that certain Easement (Deed No. D2M23-2030) from Nga Que\nBanh and Xian Zhi Lin granting to the City of Alhambra an easement for\npublic alley purposes and appurtenant facilities the real property in the City\nof Alhambra, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly\ndescribed as follows:\nThe easterly 2.50 feet of Lot 188 of Tract No. 6129, in the City\nof Alhambra, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as\nshown by Map recorded in Book 63, Page 77 of Maps, in the\nOffice of the County Recorder of Said County containing 125\nsquare feet, more or less.\nand, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
