RESOLUTION NO. ______________________ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF ANAHEIM adopting changes to the Personnel Rules for Non-represented Full-\nTime and Part-Time Employees to include rules for Full-Time Hourly Employees and changing\npay rates for designated classifications covered by such rules and repealing Resolution Nos.\n2022-139, 2023-043 and 2023-063 [action includes rules for the newly-created category of\nNon-Represented Full-Time Hourly Employee to apply to the Executive Secretary - Employee\nRelations, as well as to any other non-represented full-time hourly classification; updates to\nreflect the pay ranges for full-time non-represented, nonsworn employees (Executive Secretary\n– Employee Relations) and to correct a typographical error in the salary range of the Chief\nPolicy Advisor to the Mayor; change in pay range assignments for the Chief Policy Advisor to\nthe Mayor, Senior Policy Aide, Council Policy Aide II, and Council Policy Aide I; and further\namend the Personnel Rules and Policies to reflect the pay range assignment changes].\nIncrease the City Council FY 2023/24 budget by $43,840.\nMOTION:
