9. Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nPark Consulting Group, Inc. to Provide On-Call Land Management Software\n(LMS) Implementation Services\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nPark Consulting Group, Inc. to provide on-call land management software\nservices, to replace the annual not to exceed amount of $150,000 for three\nyears ($450,000 aggregate) with a total not to exceed amount of $450,000\nthrough June 30, 2025; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement between the City and Park Consulting\nGroup, Inc., and future amendments to the agreement subject to the City\nAttorney making non-substantive changes.\nCity Council Regular Meeting Agenda Page 4 of 7 September 5, 2023
