10. Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Westamerica\nCommunications, Inc. for the Publication and Distribution of Recreation\nBrochures and Postcards\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No 1. to the Professional Services Agreement for the\npublication and distribution of recreation brochures and postcards with\nWestamerica Communications, Inc.; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment and future\namendments to the Professional Services Agreement subject to the City\nAttorney making non-substantive changes.
