Approve plans and specifications for the Badillo Street and Banna Avenue\nBioswale Installation Project – Project No. P2406;\n2. Award a contract for the Badillo Street and Banna Avenue Bioswale\nInstallation Project – Project No. P2406 to FS Contractors, Inc as the lowest\nresponsive and responsible bidder in an amount of $99,000 and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the contract;\n3. Authorize an amount of $15,000 as contingency to cover the cost of\nunforeseen construction expenses; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement\nwith CEJ Engineers in an amount of $24,520 for construction management and\ninspection management services.
