Bear Valley Road Reconstruction Project - Approve Notice of Exemption and Award\nof a Construction Contract\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Open and conduct a public hearing, receiving testimony regarding the proposed\ncapital improvement projects (CIP);\n(2) Approve the Notice of Exemption and authorize staff to file the notice with the\nOffice of Planning and Research and the County clerk; and\n(3) Award a construction contract to C.A. Rasmussen, Inc., in the amount of\n$8,944,073.46 for the Bear Valley Road Reconstruction Project.\nCONSENT CALENDAR
