1. Mojave Drive at Condor Road Traffic Signal – Approve Notice of Exemption and\nAward of Construction Contract\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Open and conduct a public hearing, receive testimony regarding the proposed\nproject;\n(2) Close the Public Hearing;\n(3) Approve the Notice of Exemption for the Mojave Drive at Condor Road traffic\nsignal;\n(4) Adopt Resolution No 23-075 to amend the Fiscal Year 2023/2024 Budget\nappropriating additional revenue of $284,430.00 from the Highway Safety\nImprovement Program (HSIP) grant; and\n(5) Award a construction contract to Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc., in the amount of\n$795,622.00 for the Mojave Drive at Condor Road Traffic Signal Project.
