16. Runway 17/35 Reconstruction Phase IIIB and IV Project #CCH23-111\nRecommendation:\nThat Your Honorable Southern California Logistics Airport Authority Board of\nDirectors:\n(1) Ratify the acceptance of Grant Agreement #3-06-0359-032-2023 (Grant 32)\nbetween the United States of America acting through the Federal Aviation\nAdministration and the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority in the amount\nof $887,000 in support of the Runway 17/35 Reconstruction Phase IIIB and IV\nProject #CCH23-111; and\n(2) Adopt Resolution No. SCLAA-23-010 increasing budgeted grant revenues by\n$887,000, and increasing budgeted grant expenditures by $887,000, and\nincreasing budgeted grant match expenditures by $98,556; and\n(3) Approve the award of a Construction Contract to Coffman Specialties, Inc. in the\namount not to exceed $1,385,000 for Runway 17/35 Reconstruction Phases IIIB\nand IV, Project #CCH23-111 (“Project”).
