7.f. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-09,\nAPPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH TRANSTECH ENGINEERS, INC. TO PROVIDE\nPUBLIC OUTREACH SERVICES FOR CIVIC CENTER AND\nINTERJURISDICTIONAL BICYCLE LANES PROJECT\nThe project includes installation of bicycle and pedestrian mobility\nimprovements along Santa Anita Avenue and Tyler Avenue. The project is\ncurrently in the preliminary/concept design phase, and staff seeks City\nCouncil approval of a First Amendment to the Contract Services\nAgreement with Transtech Engineers to provide public outreach services\nfor the Civic Center and Interjurisdictional Bicycle Lanes Project.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-09, approving First Amendment to the\nContract Services Agreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc. to\nprovide Public Outreach Services for the Civic Center and\nInterjurisdictional Bicycle Lanes Project in the amount of $82,742.\n2.
