7.2 RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING DISTRICT FOR 4500/4600/4700 ARLINGTON\nAVENUE\nComments:\nCommunity Development Staff is following the process for the establishment of a\nResidential Permit Parking District per section 7-29 of the Lynwood municipal code. Staff\nhas worked with the Lynwood residents to take in their request to create a voluntary\nparking program that will enable the residents to establish a residential parking district\nwith restrictions more restrictive than the city's standard parking regulations. (CD)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council review and adopt the attached resolution entitled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD\n2\nESTABLISHING RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING DISTRICT, Lynwood RPPD –\n4500/4600/4700 BLOCK OF ARLINGTON AVENUE”.
