E. Award Agreement to TCS Risk Management Services, LLC for Workers’ Compensation Program Data\nAnalysis and Reporting Services\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines.\n2. Award RFP# 330 to TCS Risk Management Services, LLC (“TCS) for workers’\ncompensation program data analysis and reporting services;\n3.
