3.13 Award of Contract for the Newland Street Waterline Improvements Project to All\nCities Engineering, Inc., Project P-2574.\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council:\nA. Approve the award of contract to the lowest and responsible bidder in the amount of\n$580,950 to All Cities Engineering, Inc. and that all other bids be rejected; and\nB. Authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $58,095 for potential change orders;\nand\nC. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City.\nEND OF CONSENT CALENDAR
