Award of Professional Consultant Services Agreements for “Pomona Library Facility\nImprovements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-74120\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Award a Professional Consultant Services Agreement for “Pomona Library Facility\nImprovements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-74120 to ACC Environmental\nConsultants, Inc. to Hazardous Building Material/Abatement Professional Services\n(Design/Monitoring/Testing) in the amount of $115,241;\n2) Award a Professional Consultant Services Agreement for “Pomona Library Facility\nImprovements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-74120 to Design West Engineering for\nMechanical Engineering Design to include the base bid and additive alternates in the\ntotal amount of $268,574; and\n3) Award a Professional Consultant Services Agreement for the “Pomona Library Facility\nImprovements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-74120 to PBK Architects, Inc. d.b.a.\nBEAM Professionals for Roofing/Structural Design in the amount of $150,000.\nAttachments: Staff Report
