Professional Services Agreement with Lisa Wise Consulting, Inc. for the\nHousing Element Update - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7439: 1.\nApproving a Professional Services Agreement with Lisa Wise Consulting, Inc.,\nto assist with revisions to the City’s 2021-2029 Housing Element and related\nimplementation efforts for $160,600; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City\nManager to execute the Agreement; and, 3. Approving Budget Amendment\n24-03-02 in the amount of $160,600.
