ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF APPLICATIONS AND AGREEMENTS TO CALIFORNIA\nDEPARTMENT OF RESOURCES RECYCLING AND RECOVERY FOR GRANT FUNDING\n(Public Works Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n("CEQA") pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) “Common-Sense” exemption; and\n(2) Adopt a resolution approving the submittal of all applications and agreements to California Department of\nResources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) for all CalRecycle eligible grant and payment programs through\nSeptember 11, 2028.\nRESOLUTION
