AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE VARIOUS ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (C.I.P.\nNO. 3930)\nConsideration of award of a Construction Contract to Singh Group Inc. dba Baja Pacific for the\nreconstruction of six alley segments within the City.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff’s recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Award a Construction Contract to Singh Group Inc. dba Baja Pacific in the amount of\n$657,146 for the Various Alley Improvements (C.I.P. No. 3930); and\n2. Authorize staff to execute the agreement and approve change orders that may be necessary\nduring construction to cover any unforeseen condition in an amount not to exceed 10% of the\nconstruction contract.
