Approving Amendment No. 2 to the Professional\nMaintenance Services Agreement with ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc. dated\nJuly 26, 2021, increasing compensation to $85,598.58 for each additional\nterm extension; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute\nAmendment No. 2 on behalf of the City.
