Authorize the Appropriation of Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 Law Enforcement Agency\nDe-Escalation Grant\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-157 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2022\nLAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY DE-ESCALATION GRANT AND AMENDING THE\nFY 2023-24 OPERATING BUDGET TO INCREASE REVENUE ESTIMATES AND\nAPPROPRIATIONS BY $181,260\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all agreements on behalf\nof the City, in substantially the form submitted, subject to review and approval as to\nform by the City Attorney.\nAttachments: Staff Report- COPS De-Escalation Grant\nAttachment No. 1 - Reso. 2023-157\nAttachment No. 2 - Award Agreement
