17. Public Hearing to Receive Comments on the FY 2022-23 Consolidated Annual\nPerformance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Conduct a public hearing to receive comments on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-2023\nConsolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Community\nDevelopment Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME),\nand Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Funds;\n2) Upon conclusion of the public hearing, direct staff to incorporate comments received\ninto the final FY 2022-2023 CAPER; and\n3) Approve the FY 2022-2023 CAPER for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing\nand Urban Development (HUD).\nAttachments: Staff Report - FY 22-23 CAPER.docx\nAttachment No. 1 – Public Notice.pdf\nAttachment No. 2 – FY 2022-2023 Draft CAPER.pdf
