CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-12,\nAMENDING RESOLUTION 23-04, CHANGING THE PUBLIC HEARING\nDATE FOR METRO FISCAL YEAR 2023 FEDERAL TRANSIT\nADMINISTRATION SECTION 5310 PROGRAM FOR ELIGIBLE\nPROJECTS\nOn January 3, 2023, the City Council approved Resolution No. 23-04,\ncalling for a public hearing on February 14, 2023. A new resolution needs\nto be adopted to Amend Resolution No 23-04, changing the public hearing\ndate to February 22, 2023 in order to be in compliance with Metro’s 30-day\npublic hearing notice.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council adopt\nResolution No. 23-12, Amending Resolution No. 23-04, Calling for a Public\nHearing on February 22, 2023, to Identify Nonprofit Organizations Readily\nAvailable to Provide Services for Public Transportation Projects Under the\nFederal Transit Administration Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors\nand Individuals with Disabilities Program.
