3.15 GREAT PARK AMPHITHEATER UPDATE AND NEXT STEPS\nACTION:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to release a Request for\nQualifications seeking an operator for the Great Park\nAmphitheater.\n2) Authorize the City Manager to engage the Pacific\nSymphony in discussions regarding establishment of a formal\npartnership that would result in designating the Pacific\nSymphony as Irvine's resident orchestra.\n3) Accept the Great Park Board's recommendation regarding\ncreation of an amphitheater sub-committee\n(Unless otherwise directed by a member of the City Council,\nthe vote on this matter will reflect the prior action of each\nCouncilmember when he or she sat and voted as a member\nof the Board of Directors of the Great Park Corporation.\nHowever, if a Councilmember is not present at the City\nCouncil meeting, his or her vote will be reflected as absent.)\n3.15
