22) Agreement for On-call Services with Murrieta Lock & Safe, Inc. for Citywide\nLocksmith Services\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Murrieta Lock\nand Safe, Inc. for On-Call Citywide Locksmith Services for an amount not to exceed\n$15,000 per fiscal year for a term of three (3) years in such final form as approved by\nthe City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to\nexceed a 10% contingency of $1,500.00 for unanticipated costs.
