14) Amendment No.1 to Professional Services Agreement with FCG Consultants to\nProvide Construction Management & Inspection Services for the I-15 / Main\nStreet Interchange Improvements Project\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional\nServices Agreement with FCG Consultants for $349,944.48 plus an additional 10%\ncontingency to provide Construction Management & Inspection Services for the I-15 /\nMain Street Interchange Improvements Project in final form as approved by the City\nAttorney.

15) Final Tract Map 32585, Echo Highlands\nApprove Final Tract Map 32585 subject to the City Engineer’s acceptance of Lot 142\nand Lot O as being true and correct and authorize the City Clerk to sign the map.

16) Professional Services Agreement with Bucknam Infrastructure Group, Inc. for\nAs-Needed Professional Services for Pavement Management Program Support\nand Pavement Condition Index (PCI) Updates\nApprove and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the Professional\nServices Agreement in the amount not to exceed $7,600.00, and execute up to two\n(2) additional annual renewals, not to exceed $7,600.00 per year in such final form as\napproved by the City Attorney.

17) Amendment No. 1 to the Contractor Services Agreement with Décor IQ for\nAdditional Design for the City’s Main Street Holiday Decorations\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the\nContractor Services Agreement with Décor IQ for additional decorations for the City’s\nMain Street holiday decorations for a total contract amount not to exceed\n$155,310.00, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney, and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of\n$15,531.00 for uncertainties and adjustments.

20) Agreement for Contractor Services with California State Fire Protection for\nMaintenance Services for Portable Fire Extinguishers for City Vehicles & City\nFacilities\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement for Contractor\nServices with California State Fire Protection for monthly extinguisher inspections and\nannual extinguisher maintenance for citywide facilities in an amount not to exceed\n$13,000.00 per Fiscal Year for a term of three (3) years in such final form as approved\nby the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to\nexceed a 10% contingency of $1,300.00 for unanticipated costs.

21) Award a Public Works Agreement to RAMCO Docks, LLC for the City Fishing\nDocks, and Boat Docks Project (CIP Project #Z40034)\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with RAMCO\nDocks, LLC in an amount not to exceed $476,200.00 for the design, fabrication, and\ninstallation of the City fishing docks and boat docks project (CIP Project #Z40034) in\nsuch final form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute change orders not exceeding a 10% contingency of $47,620.00 for\nconstruction uncertainties and adjustments.

22) Agreement for On-call Services with Murrieta Lock & Safe, Inc. for Citywide\nLocksmith Services\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Murrieta Lock\nand Safe, Inc. for On-Call Citywide Locksmith Services for an amount not to exceed\n$15,000 per fiscal year for a term of three (3) years in such final form as approved by\nthe City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to\nexceed a 10% contingency of $1,500.00 for unanticipated costs.
