19) Agreement for Contractor Services with Quinn Company (DBA Quinn Power\nSystems) for Service & Maintenance of City-Owned Generators\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Contractor\nServices with Quinn Company (DBA Quinn Power Systems) for service and\nmaintenance of City-owned Generators in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00 per\nFiscal Year for a term of three (3) years in such final form approved by the City\nAttorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a\n10% contingency of $3,000.00 for unanticipated costs.
