17) Amendment No. 1 to the Contractor Services Agreement with Décor IQ for\nAdditional Design for the City’s Main Street Holiday Decorations\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the\nContractor Services Agreement with Décor IQ for additional decorations for the City’s\nMain Street holiday decorations for a total contract amount not to exceed\n$155,310.00, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney, and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of\n$15,531.00 for uncertainties and adjustments.
