8) Purchase of Real Property for Affordable Housing Purposes (APNs 374-062-004,\n374-062-016, 374-062-024)\nApprove the purchase of approximately 1.97 acres of real property located at Flint\nStreet and North Spring Street (APNs 374-062-004, 374-062-016, 374-062-024) for\n$685,000 and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute an assignment of\nthe Purchase Agreement and such other ancillary documents as may be necessary\nto complete the purchase, in such form as approved by the City Attorney.
