20) Agreement for Contractor Services with California State Fire Protection for\nMaintenance Services for Portable Fire Extinguishers for City Vehicles & City\nFacilities\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement for Contractor\nServices with California State Fire Protection for monthly extinguisher inspections and\nannual extinguisher maintenance for citywide facilities in an amount not to exceed\n$13,000.00 per Fiscal Year for a term of three (3) years in such final form as approved\nby the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to\nexceed a 10% contingency of $1,300.00 for unanticipated costs.
