CONTRACT AMENDMENT REGISTER DATED SEPTEMBER 12, 2023\nSummary:\nThe Contract Amendment Register is a listing of proposed contract amendments\nand project change orders eligible for streamlined processing based upon the\nfollowing criteria as documented in the City’s Purchasing Policy:\n· Funds have been authorized as part of the adopted fiscal year Operating\nBudget.\n· Staff are satisfied with the goods/services received to date; and\n· City Manager reviewed and approved each amendment for streamlined\nprocessing.\nThe contract amendments being presented for City Council consideration are as\nfollows:\nCyrun Inc: Provides the Police Department Records Management Software\n(RMS) and Computer Aided Dispatch Software. Amendment No. 4 adds the\nadditional service of the RIPA Module allowing for data collection per AB 953\nregulations, extends the term by one year through August 23, 2024, and revises\nthe not-to-exceed contract amount to $603,000.00.\nHdL Companies: Business License Tax Operations Management services.\nAmendment No. 1 extends the term by two years through September 21, 2025\nRecommendation:\nAuthorize the Contract Amendment Register dated September 12, 2023.
