6. Agreement with Bali Construction, Inc., for construction of Stormwater Infiltration Wells\nImprovement Project, City Project No. 670-SD\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving an Agreement with Bali Construction, Inc., for the construction of the Stormwater\nInfiltration Wells Improvement Project, City Project No. 670-SD, in an amount not-to-exceed\n$280,480;\nb. Appropriating $87,880 from Measure W, and $222,718 from the LAUSD Escrow fund to fully\nfund the Project;\nc. Authorizing the City Manager to administratively approve change orders, not to exceed an\naggregate sum of $75,000;\nd. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney;\ne.
