MALAGA COVE AREA REPORTS OF WATER INTRUSION\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council: (1) Adopt a\nResolution of the City Council of the City of Palos Verdes Estates,\nCalifornia appropriating $40,000 in Unencumbered General Fund Balance\n(Fund 01); (2) Authorize the City Manager or the City Attorney to procure\nand execute an agreement, in a form approved by both, to investigate\npotential sources of water intrusion and solutions in an amount not to\nexceed $20,000; and (3) Authorize the City Manager to execute\nAmendment No. 1 to the Agreement with NV5 for water sampling and\ntesting services in an amount not to exceed $20,000 for a total contract\namount not to exceed $26,000.\nStaff Report\nCorrespondence
