Public Hearing on the Draft 2022-2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and\nEvaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)\nand Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs.\nRECOMMENDED MOTION:\nThe staff recommend that the City Council:\n1. Conduct the public hearing and receive comments on the draft 2022-2023\nConsolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).\n2. Approve the 2022-2023 CAPER for the Community Development Block\nGrant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs.\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to submit the 2022-2023\nCAPER to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).\nORDINANCES
