Approve agreement between the City of Hawthorne and The Lovejoy Foundation\nfor Animal Sheltering Services.\nRECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve an\nagreement with The Lovejoy Foundation, to provide animal sheltering services for\nthe City of Hawthorne, appropriate $72,000.00 from the General Fund to the\nAnimal Service Account (100-2101-230-00-40514) to cover the increase in costs\nof the agreement, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement any\nand all amendments thereto.
